Dr. Jessica K. Ellis is also a first-generation college student whose father who continuously instilled in her the philosophy of Work now and play later...when you can afford it. Adhering to this philosophy led Dr. Ellis to graduate from her HBCU Alma Mater in three years, Magna Cum Laude. In addition to being a entrepreneur and investor, Dr. Ellis is also a Revenue Generation and Clinical Quality Improvement expert with nearly two decades of experience in the health care arena. Dr. Ellis has served as faculty for several higher education institutions where she developed her interest in Motivating, Inspiring & Empowering young adults, especially young women, to achieve their Success.

Dr. Stanley K. Ellis, also known as Mr. M.I.E., is a Motivator, Inspirer, & EMPOWERER. He was raised by his mother who had an 8th grade education. He and his mother were considered low-income and they received food stamps, free school lunch, and government food commodities while living in low-income housing (projects) throughout his childhood. Dr. Ellis knew that he was at-risk as a youth and unapologetically embraces the fact that to this day he is even more at-risk...TO SUCCEED!
