Vladimir Melnikov Vladimir Zakharovich Melnikov was born in Moscow, on May 21, 1932. Chemical engineer. 1950, August. - Creation of the League of Struggle for the Cause of Socialist Revolution (Soyuz borby za Delo Revolutsii - SDR), which aimed to overthrow the existing Stalinist system. The SDR included high school students and college freshmen.
