A unique colorful book. Thoughtfully designed to engage boys and girls in healthy time outside, and connect with nature's creatures and features, away from screens. Every child is born with abilities and senses for discovering and observing nature around them - but they don't come with instructions. This outdoor journal is loaded with age-appropriate fun nature guiding activities. For home, camp, school, on a hike or anywhere.

Each of the easy guided missions inside show children how to use their own amazing senses to safely observe and discover the wide world - and then provides plenty of guided journal pages to fill with drawings, stories, treasures and more.

We explore things like: How many flower colors can you find blooming around you? Can you find things here that animals can eat? How many creatures with wings can we hear? Where's water, and where is it going?
