Mike grew up in Southern California. He served as an Army Drill Sergeant during Vietnam. After a downhill slide, he surrendered his life to Jesus Christ. Mike spent over three decades in the communications industry and personally sold and managed sales and operations. He also sold oil and gas investments for 8 years. He is the author of "Fearless in the Face Of...Today" and "Beyond the MBA to an MBB", a must-read for anyone in the customer service sector. Mike is a private pilot, met his wife of 53 years, Linda, at Bible School, lives in Colorado Springs, has 4 children, 8 grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
