“This is excellent! This book is refreshing, accessible, sensible and necessary. Thoroughly recommended!”---Laura Black, Goodreads

“Laurie’s expert guidance on how to nourish my body for healing and overall well-being has given me a renewed sense of control over my health. I especially appreciated her balanced approach—focusing on realistic, sustainable dietary choices rather than overwhelming restrictions. The insights on inflammation, immunity, and gut health will be key components of my ongoing recovery plan.
A must-read for anyone looking to use nutrition as a tool for healing and long-term wellness.”

“As a cancer professional, I highly recommend the In the Pink book to both patients and providers looking for answers after such a devastating diagnosis. This text provides evidence-based dietary recommendations and delicious recipes in the framework of lifestyle changes. I have first-hand seen the benefits of following this program.
