Inhaltsangabe

Eternity of silence. That was Medusa's curse for a sin she did not commit. Eternity of solitude. That was Danaë's punishment for being born a girl. Two women, searching for their purpose in a world where the gods manipulate reality, loved ones betray their own blood, and truth is darker than reality. The Raven Society's hunt for the Book of the Veiled has driven them deep into the treacherous depths of the Otherworld and onto the City of the Unspoken. As they unravel ancient myths and encounter forgotten gods, their friendship is tested in a battle against unseen souls and unspoken tales that threaten to tear them apart. The stakes are higher than ever as they fight to survive the latest retelling of history. Sacrifices must be made, and the group must decide how far it will go to save humanity. From Greek mythology to the Halls of Valhalla, join the Raven Society as they discover for themselves who the real monster is. The hunter or the hunted?

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

I am a reader, blogger, author, connoisseur of all things coffee, and a self-proclaimed Beat Saber expert. My superpower is finding my husband's missing tools every time he 'loses' them. I have one husband, three boys, a loveable dog, 24 snakes (not my idea), and, according to Google, enough books to be considered a library. I read, blog, love getting my nails done, riding my Harley, and am a historian by passion and education. I am horrible at returning phone calls and forgetting that someone texted me. I believe arriving 15 minutes early at a party is late, but leaving an hour early because I have a book to read. I only know ten recipes and keep them on rotation because I hate cooking dinner. I love doing laundry but despise putting clothes away. The grocery store is my personal nemesis, and I try to avoid it at all costs. After over 20 years in the U.S. Army, I shifted my passion and dreams to publishing my own book and helping others navigate the murky waters of self-publishing. I believe in new ideas, retelling old stories, and always remembering those that could be forgotten.
