Inhaltsangabe

The scene starts in Canada forty years ago. The agitated animals warn of danger. The events leave us to wonder, "What is he up to?" The distant memory finds its way to haunt. There are hints of an intruder. When Jerry is reported missing by his son, information is collected. The first 48 hours after a disappearance are critical. Jerry has been missing since 2015. The observations are now the clues the police need. Clues show he was stalking all along and planning.

The events that occurred up to this point are reviewed and examined in a new light. The sights, sounds, and smells hit the senses in vivid color. These scenes show information coming from the perpetrator and the police. But neither paints a full picture until the end. Financial crimes and hoaxes play a role, almost as often as a person goes missing. Lawrence went missing in 2015. A friend has a hunch that the disappearance of both men is interrelated.

The serial killer weaves in and out of each story, often without being seen, as a profile in the shadows. The mysteries interconnect and end with the final capture. Now that we know what he is up to, who was the real River Man? This is true crime written in a mystery style genre.
Discretion is advised for violence and sexual violence.
Written when there were only eight murder convictions. The new total is more than 23 times higher.

She attended Highline Community College and graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education. She crossed Meeker Street Bridge every day on the way from HCC to her apartment while the bodies were buried there. She attended Central Washington University for teacher certification and was regarded as a top student. At CWU, her apartment was one and a half blocks from Ted Bundy's fourth murder. Later she attended Central Washington University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Physics. She attended Washington State University on a teaching assistantship. Due to the financial pressures of being a single parent, she left school to work in industry. She later went back to Washington State University and majored in mechanical engineering. Again, she was regarded as a top student, but for reasons WSU refused to disclose, she wasn't allowed to graduate. She was stalked, and he hadn't stopped.
