Marcia also excels as a mentor, assisting university students in selecting majors, internships placements and leading student organizations.In addition to the classroom, Marcia manages summer Pre-College engineering programs for underrepresented minority students in STEM fields, earning recognition from funding partners, students, and parents.Beyond her academic pursuits, Marcia is a devoted wife and mother of three. She believes in giving back to those who've supported her journey and is determined to be a voice for underrepresented individuals in STEM. Her ultimate goal?
