Inhaltsangabe

Athletic Advantage is a Real Thing

The culture of sports carries into professional life and work culture. Women who lack the experience of being on a sports team may not be familiar with the way training, practicing, playing and performing in real time on teams has permeated the demands, expectations and success ratios of those who are considered "elite" or "successful" in their fields.

Athletes are coached, taught to grind, to compete and to win. Other professionals, and especially women, are not trained in the same manner, so the learning curve is different. Gain important insight for women (and our young female athletes) - because the workplace (and successful spaces) are dominated by many competitive men, and former athletes.

In this short, focused work, the author shares some "plays" for you to achieve success - by Moving Without the Ball - a sports analogy that applies to life as well. It's important because if you stay stuck, you won't get the ball, and you won't win.

You deserve to win! Let's Move!
