Inhaltsangabe

Jeffrey Krueger began writing in 2004 to challenge and overcome his dyslexia. His efforts culminated in the completion of his first screenplay, The Maestro, in 2009. Since then, he has written and published five volumes of poetry: Dad's 100 Poems, Riddles, and Songs in 100 Days; Dad's 100 Poems, Songs, and Riddles Within (Series Two, Three, Four, and now Series Five); Dad's Poems and Riddles Revealed, FunLovable Zoo and Insectlopedia, a charming fusion of poetry and illustrations. What began as a personal challenge has become a lifelong creative pursuit rooted in reflection, faith, and steadfastness.

Throughout his journey, Jeffrey has continued to reflect on the personal encounters and challenges that have shaped his life. Experiences with addiction, depression, redemption, spiritual renewal, and healing have each informed his writing, serving as stepping-stones toward fortitude and growth. His poems often convey these lessons-not with heaviness, but with honesty and hope.

Across the five books in this series, Jeffrey's inspiration has centered on the small but meaningful moments that define everyday life. In Series Five especially, he draws on the persistence of a bothersome fly, the warmth of heartfelt song lyrics, the awareness that there's sun beyond difficult days, and the quiet resolve in the fight within.

His poems capture a child's excitement at discovering farm animals, the unchanging love he shares with his wife, the visions and nudges he attributes to God, and the contemplative moments of aging. This volume also highlights signature pieces such as "Shout Freedom," "One Last Lap," and "Love God, Love People," which capture basic pleasures, final embraces, spiritual mantras, and the guiding values of his life and faith.

Today, Jeffrey has written more than five hundred poems and song lyrics-a milestone he never imagined possible when he began writing. He openly credits his heavenly Father's guidance and blessings as the sustaining force behind his imagination and resolve.

He hopes this fifth series offers you insight, enjoyment, and a renewed sense of faith and reflection.

QR codes are printed after each song lyric, letting you listen to demo recordings from my DadsSongs JK YouTube music catalog and experience the music that accompanies the words. These Demos act as musical sketches, offering a glimpse into the tone and melody he envisioned. They are simply tools to help bring the songs to life until the day they can be fully arranged and recorded by musicians.
