Inhaltsangabe

Tiggy Tiggy Touch Wood is a collection of ten original short stories created and told from the stage by storyteller Madelyn Rohrer. They include stories about World War II, Celtic stories (including the title story of Tiggy Tiggy Touch Wood), personal stories of the author's family, plus others of pure imagination. The common thread is that they all portray different forms of strength. Sometimes that strength comes from faith and positive thinking - but sometimes strength fails and has to be rekindled. While strength is the main thread, however, it does not mean that all the stories in this book are serious. Tiggy Tiggy Touch Wood also has a generous helping of real-life humor. Each story is meant to convey (or perhaps even remind us of) good moral values as we go about our sometimes overly-busy and hectic lives. Perhaps they may cause us to take time to reflect on the things in our lives that are truly important.
