His work centers on one core belief: behavior does not shift until culture does.With decades of frontline experience working with incarcerated and high-need youth, K-Rahn has lived the tension many educators and leaders feel-pouring heart, training, and effort into young people, only to watch the same patterns repeat. That lived reality led him to develop the L.I.G.H.T. Model¿, an identity-driven framework for building emotionally safe, high-accountability cultures that produce lasting change.Today, his work is used in detention centers, schools, reentry programs, and community organizations across the country.
