Brian has been involved in the IT engineering field throughout his career, currently working for a large hospital network in the Trauma/Emergency care division. Brian has dedicated his life to understanding and sharing the profound truths of the Christian Bible. A lifelong Christian, Brian's faith journey has been marked by a desire to make complex theological concepts relatable and straightforward.Brian met Lew at a men's retreat, but was later part of a different men's group. Eventually, he became part of the same group Lew was in, affectionately called the "Dude Group," which led to collaborating on the book Divine Identity: Exploring 20 Names of God.

Lew is an Air Force veteran with a master's degree in business. He has retired from careers in medical device development, electronics and avionics engineering, and the logistics industry. Years of studying, teaching, and a dedication to helping others connect with scripture have shaped his faith journey. He was raised in a Christian family and has consistently studied the Christian Bible and his faith throughout his life, leading and participating in various small-group studies. Through these experiences, Lew developed a strong passion for making biblical truths accessible to everyone by researching questions that arose during those studies. Lew met Brian Atkins at a men's retreat, sparking a friendship and collaboration that led to the creation of their book, "Divine Identity: Exploring 20 Names of God."
