Karen Hoffman is a certified Morning Altars teacher, workshop facilitator, and author specializing in mindfulness and intentional healing practices, including grief support. Her training includes Compassion Integrity (Compassionate DFW/Charter for Compassion), Grief Support (Faith & Grief) and Wise Aging (Institute for Jewish Spirituality). With an MBA in Nonprofit Administration, Karen has decades of experience in nursing home and nonprofit work in administration and programming, bringing a grounded, real-world understanding of loss, aging, and life transitions. She integrates nature-based rituals, mindfulness, and reflective practices to help individuals and communities cultivate resilience, connection, and meaning through grief.
