You were not meant to be destroyed by what you've been through. You were meant to be forged.
Every fire you've walked through — the loss, the betrayal, the collapse of what you thought your life would look like — was not punishment. It was process. The Sacred Forge is the book for everyone who survived the heat and is still trying to understand why.
Drawing on more than 35 years as a licensed clinical social worker, psychospiritual practitioner, and personal culture curator, Warren Mitchell introduces a transformative framework built around one of humanity's oldest metaphors: the forge. In the hands of a master smith, fire does not destroy metal — it reveals what the metal is made of. The same is true of you.

The Sacred Forge will help you:
This is not a book about positive thinking. It is a book about honest transformation — the kind that happens when you stop running from the heat and let it do its sacred work.
The fire was never meant to destroy you. It was always meant to forge you.
