Amazing scrapbook owned by Chicago RR car businessman F.M. Pease from about 1901 to 1910 completely full on about 170 pages including Chicago newspaper articles, many from the arson trial of banker I.N. Perry, one photograph probably of Pearse, Pearse related lawsuit articles, a few press passes, a business letter, and a bank note. Pearse went bankrupt and appeared obsessed with the Perry trial.
