It is proable that this was a cover item for a pornographic novel with the same title which appeared secretly the same year. It is a translation of this latter which is offered here. Arabella's Sacrifice is the story of the wife of a diplomat who, to further the career of her husband, give herself to a succession of foreign V.I.P's. Paperback. Light shelfwear. Very good.
