Artikelbeschreibung des Verkäufers

Two postcards, one measuring 15 x 10.5 cm (5.9 x 4.1") and the other 16 x 11 cm (6.3 x 4.3"), both printed in black at rectos on off-white card stock, with added rubber stamps in various colors. Housed in original A6 mailing envelope. Two artists postcards by Robert Rehfeldt, with printed and hand-applied rubber stamps. The card titled ART IS NOW THE MIRROR OF YOUR SOCIETY was a design Rehfeldt used on various postcards with sociopolitical themes and phrases published in both English and German. Artifact Vibration Standard Score: 6.9. Envelope opened along right margin, with postage franking, stamps, and signs of mailing. Postcards with bumps to corners and trace amounts of age toning. Very good. [TIOTB Catalog 6 item 3b.].

Shopbeschreibung

My purpose is to promote the history and tradition of books and materials in the overlapping fields of art, design, and concrete poetry. I specialize in artists' books, ephemera, art, prints, and correspondence from the 1960s onward. Beginning early 2025, I'm pleased to announce the Artifact Vibration Standard, a new evaluation system specifically devised for printed matter that facilitates the rapid identification of an object's unique characteristics by measuring its vibrational energy. More information about this novel assessment protocol can be found on The Idea of the Book website at www.theideaofthebook.com. Clientele include collectors, artists, designers, art directors, creative directors, teachers, art and design students, museums, colleges, institutions, and libraries. I occasionally issue print and electronic catalogs. If you would like to be on the mailing list, let me know. I also purchase books and collections within my fields of interest, and I help individuals and institutions build collections with a creative focus. Any and all questions can be sent to info@theideaofthebook.com. It's raining here in Shelton, WA.…
