The word "Addenda" on the title page and on page [33] has a slip of paper with the word "Appendix" glued over it. In addition to the address by Tristam B. Freeman; a short benediction by Rogers; and an appendix to the address, the last section relates to disproving the notion that George Washington was never a member of the Mason Society, and includes a fold-out facsimile of a letter by Washington addressed to "Fellow citizens and Brothers of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania." Early shelf label affixed to title page. This pamphlet was separated from a bound volume, with the usual remnants at the spine; front wrapper lacking.
