Viii +291 pages + 24 pages publishers catalogue, all edges uncut, original blind stamped publishers dark brown cloth, top of spine worn with slight edge loss to cloth at corner edges and some minute spots on cover, these would probably remove and titles on spine a little dull. Pale yellow endpapers all original. Contents firm, clean and no marks or foxing. Very Good copy of this scarce "anonymously" printed fictional work. *REF: Michael Sadlier page 225 states in his description. 296 pages and no mention of 24 page catalogue and his reference with "terracotta" endpapers.
