Boards are quite stained, worn and discolored. Spine abraded with chipping and large missing segments exposing binding. Perished. Severe wear to edges with crushed tips. End bands mostly missing. Ink stain on rear board. Overall very tired in appearance. Old hand ownership on pastedown with age staining and toning to end papers. Scattered foxing and age staining persist throughout text.
