Über den Autor: SIU FUNG YU is a faculty member of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Recently, he served as guest coeditor for a special issue of the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics on Optoelectronics Device Modeling. Dr Yu is a senior member of IEEE.
