Externally, bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. Shelf wear to the boards and a small tidemark to the rear board. Internally, binding loosening throughout, with two pages detached but present. A closed tear to the tail of the third page. Some loss to the tail of the double-paged colour illustration, and some loss to the coloured illustration titled 'In Spite of That They Were All So Ill!'.
