Welcome to Anitabooks. We sell new and secondhand books, and specialise in history;- mainly military and local history, although there is also a good selection on transport and more general topics. Please note that since Brexit additional import taxes might be imposed by some countries on books coming from the UK. These will be the responsibility of the importer. If you can t find the book you are looking for it s always worth contacting us to see if it has just come in. We also buy good relevant collections. Please note that I no longer accept direct bank transfer from abroad as my bank can charge me £25-£40 to make a refund if the book gets lost.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books packed weight of 2.2 LB, or 1 KG for UK and for abroad. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Please note that as surface mail seems to be taking so long and causing problems for USA/Canada and international other than Europe, I have removed this as a shipping option.
