The red cloth boards with gilt lettering on the spine are bright and clean. The spine ends are stiff, although the top is bumped, and the corners are sharp. There is light foxing to the paste downs and first last end papers, however, the text pages are clean and bright. Page edges are a bit darkened. The dust wrapper is not price clipped, however, there is some paper loss, folds, dicoloration and tears to the jacket. There are 128 pages to this volume continuing the author's "communications" with Robert Hugh Benson.
