DESCRIPTION: Here are 2 Antique bird prints of hawks: (1) Plate XII & (2) Plate XIV * These plates have been removed from a damaged Report of the United States Pacific Railroad Expedition and Surveys (USPRR) - 47th and 49th Parallels. Lithographed by Sarony, Major, & Knapp. These views from the Pacific Railroad survey were printed in 2 or 3 colors * The image size measures about 7 1/2 inches by 9 1/2 inches. Each plate will be inserted into an archival plastic from Brodart and shipped as a flat package with backing sheets on the top and bottom. * CONDITION: These original images were lithographed by Bien & Co. of N.
