Light wear and stains to covers; inch-long closed tear at head of spine; discreet stamp of previous owner on front free endpaper. Withal, a solid, presentable copy. Provides a cursory biography of Anhalt and his rise as a builder of charming storybook properties in Seattle, with specific overviews of his work as an apartment-house developer, a developer of commercial buildings, houses, bungalow courts, etc. A superb, fresh copy of an early Kreisman monograph, now scarce.
