It prints a personal message from a research scientist at Tsukuba, Fumikazu Ikazaki, who was a second generation survivor of the bombing of Hiroshima. It also prints the Resolutions of the Council of Labor Unions in Tsukuba Science City to Oppose All Military Related Research, and concludes with some background on Tsukuba Science City.
