Two volume set. Two bound volumes of The Architectural Record, containing all twelve issues for 1914 (January through June, and July through December). Each bound in half-leather over pebbled cloth. The original issue covers are NOT bound-in, nor are any ads; else appear complete. Also a volume index is bound in at the front of each. Light rubbing at the corners, and some light surface rubbing. Else the bindings are fairly clean. The spines are sun-lightened, but the spine gilt is bright. Some sun-darkening around the perimeter of the endpapers, and the page edges are somewhat age-darkened. Small sticker scar on the rear flyleaf of each volume. One signature of VXXVI is pulling loose (almost detached). Else pages are just a bit age-toned, but clean. Many B&W architectural photos and floor-plans, and a few fold-outs. Articles and photos of work done by many architects of the day.
