Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Cynthia Flint Bestani has been a practice management consultant since 1984 primarily in the allied health professional field with a specialty in acupuncture practice management. She formerly instructed practice management at an acupuncture college in Santa Barbara, California and has written numerous books and pamphlets specifically for the acupuncture field as well as recorded audio tapes on practice management. She has spoken in the past on practice management at acupuncture conferences at the state, national, and international levels. She practices as a multidimensional therapist, meditation facilitator, and runs Dharma in the Pines, her meditation retreat center in Boulder, CO.

Dr. Peter G. Fernandez is one of the foremost respected consultants in the field of practice management for chiropractors and has written numerous books. His organization, Fernandez Discipline, holds seminars throughout the United States, primarily for chiropractors.

Neil Gumenick M. Ac (UK) C.T. (A), L.Ac Dipl. Ac. (NCCAOM) has maintained a practice in Santa Monica, Ca for over 20 years and has served as a professor at Emeror's College in Santa Monica and SAMRA University in Los Angeles. He has published numerous articles on acupuncture and body-mind-spirit. Neil holds three degrees and is the founder and director of the Institute of Classical Five Element Acupuncture. He has been a speaker at numerous acupuncture conferences and authored many articles for the acupuncture field.
