Welcome to a world where the line between human and alien is blurred. The electrical apocalypse that destroyed Earth was caused by beings who may look like us on the outside, but their neurodiversity sets them apart. Sensually sensitive, logical, and with a unique sense of morality, these aliens have learned to hide their true selves to blend in with humanity. But for one gender-diverse Aut, blending in may no longer be an option. As the survival of his kind hangs in the balance, he must choose between their existence and the life of a human. Meanwhile, a fierce defender must protect their trailer in the chaotic days following the apocalypse. A brilliant inventor, who communicates through echolalia, is accused of murder but what he's hiding could either save his people or lead them to destruction. A nonverbal father struggles to find his daughter amid the chaos, while also fighting to maintain control of his mind. And a newspaper photographer stumbles upon a shocking discovery hidden among a field of sunflowers, revealing secrets from his tribe's past. These are just some of the captivating stories that make up the neurodiverse science fiction Auts Series. Each one filled with magic, wonder, and the struggle to survive in a world not made for them.
