] Hardback, thick octavo, 5 7/8 x 8 1/2 inches, xii + 364 pages, VG- in VG+ dj (dj now in protective mylar). Very well-cared for book. Tight square binding, sharp corners, clean endpapers, rather minor amount of scattered red & blue ballpoint (primarily some bracketing both in the margin areas and in the text). About entirely unnoticeable the word "Christianity" in ballpoint has been very carefully (and rather luckily, somewhat easiily) removed from just above title on title page. DJ very clean, not price-clipped, no sunning or fading, very minor pull head of spine, very small triangular chip missing top edge back panel.
