Inscribedi n blue ink by author to previous owner , reading " TO JIM, WITH BLACK SHEEP GREETINGS, FROM PAPPY BOYINGTON, AUG 17 1985" Looks like Mr. Boyington wrote Jims first name incorrectly at the start so he wrote over that incorrect first nane in the same blue pen with the correct name. Also included, laid in loose , is an original color photograh taken of Pappy Boyington at his signing table at the Madera Air Show where this book was purchased. Also included laid in loose is the previous owners returned check from purchasing the book with Pappy Boyingtons personal endorsement ink stamp on the reverse side. Otherwise book is a Tight sound unmarked copy in Very Good condition with a little bit of light brown spotting to the first few pages in. Dustjacket is in Very Good plus condition with slight edgewear. The dustjacket has been placed in a Brodart protective cover by us to protect it and it looks much better than described. . This does not affect the dustjacket in any way, as all taping is done on the outside of the protector. This book is Baa Baa Black Sheep Inscribed Edition. No Signature.
