Über den Autor: Vlad Gladoun began researching on how poor posture can cause back pain in 1988. After he discovered that healthy way of walking can address roots of back pain, he invited a medical doctor and a ballet dancer/ballet dance school teacher to check the research for medical and aesthetics opinions. They confirmed the findings and first edition of this book was published in 1992 by MOKA, Minsk, Belarus. After the publication the author continued the research and discovered more health benefits related to good posture and the healthy way of walking. The author moved to New York, US in 1997, where he registered a patent number 6827694 named Posture Training Device in the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2004. Building upon extensive studies for the past two decades and his own experience the author revised and expanded the book preparing it for the second edition, published by GetHealthyBack Publications, New York, NY in 2011.
