Press of Putnam and Hewes, Boston, 1839, January 1839-December 1839, original cloth, 9.5 x 6 , 8vo. In good condition. Light wear to extremities with scuffing to corners and end bands. Light fading to spine and edges with modest soiling to boards. Spine label abraded with slight loss. Dampness staining persists at margins, does not permeate text. Light toning throughout, darker at some leaves. A cheaper paper was used, hence the odd discoloration. Free of known markings. Binding intact. A sound copy.
