The chapbook is overall in very good condition; it is undated but is circa 1856-1866. I was able to date from the publishers address at the bottom of the front cover. It is a softcover string binding which measures approximately 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/8 inches and is 16 pages long. The covers of the book have hardly any wear and the binding of the book is very good. The interior is lightly toned with age but is generally very clean, though there may be a page or two with some kind of very insignificant imperfection, but generally it's a really beautiful copy.
