Designed by John DePol, it is printed on Curtis Rag and hand Sewn into Fabriano cover, collotype by the Meriden Gravure Company. The cover label was hand printed by B.G. on his Between-Hours Press. Protected by a black card cover and a blue slip case. A lovely copy. [Bernal Díaz del Castillo, 1490 - 1584, was a Spanish conquistador, who participated as a soldier in the conquest of Mexico under Hernán Cortés and late in his life wrote an account of the events].
