The cloth and boards are in fine condition. The gilt titles are bright, fresh and crisp, all fore edge corners are firm and sharp. The binding is tight and square. Internally, the pages are clean, bright and fresh other than the title page which is inscribed as follows: 'To Peter, John Osborne'. This inscription is to Peter Moldon who worked for Faber & Faber for nearly 20 years. The book appears unread.
