Clean with toning. Tight. Red boards with rooster. Cute book plate with name on it. Very nice copy. Jacket has small tears and chips. It has a larger chip at foot of spine-slightly bigger than a dime. The lower edge has been nibbled as has the the crease along the front flap. Lower edge of jacket has been damp and some red has bled through. In spite of all that, it looks pretty good in new clear protective jacket. Book club edition stated on jacket.
