Both book and jacket are VG-. Exterior of the book shows slight fading at the top fore edge from water; there are also two spots below the plane on the front panel that may also be water damage. The book is square with only slight bumps to the head and heel of the spine. The interior is clean, unmarked and not stained; there is a bit of red staining the top corner of the front paste down, but even the FFEP is not damaged. The jacket has only two small chips, at the head of the spine and the top front corner;there is a 1" closed tear with folds on the bottom of the rear panel. Ther is reddish stain on the top of the front panel and 3-1/2" down the fore edge; there is also reddish stain on the rear panel (see photo) but the book shows no evidence of damage there.
