Inhaltsangabe: A high-handicap golfer, Canadian travel writer and photographer, Liz Clark tours New Zealand with her best pal and favorite golfing partner. Together with golfers from throughout the New Zealand golfing community, Liz and her newfound Kiwi friends bring to life what it's like to play a round on rural courses just for the love of the game, and to play on specially-designed courses to suit casual as well as competitive play. Liz and husband, Geoff happily fall into the laid-back, friendly way of New Zealand life. At times the weather was not on their side but they still saw the beauty of the country and took time to explore up side roads, meeting some wonderful characters along the way. Birdies, Bogeys and Kiwis offers a refreshing and completely new perspective on golfing and touring New Zealand. It's a good read filled with suggestions for accommodation, dining and side trips to interest the whole family.
