Unusual little children's illustrated booklet, which appears to have been a Colman's Christmas marketing item, comprising four sheets folded to give 16 pages, two of the sheets have been double printed with charming illustrations (8 including covers), in each of which are placed examples of Colman's and Robinson's products - an early example of product placement. The text is a short story about a character called Bobolink the Goblin. No publishing date given but appears to be around 1930. Condition is very good - one or two very tiny edge tears (no loss) & rusting to the two staples used to bind. Measures 14cm x 11cm Language: eng Language: eng.

Our shop was chosen by Kudos Productions in 2008 for location filming of two episodes of the BBC's award-winning spy series "Spooks" and features in one of ITV's 2010 episodes of "House Guest".
