To develop great physical strength, one must take substantial food of the proper nature, and then exercise that part of the body that it is desired to improve. To develop great intellectual strength one must first develop the physical strength, and then have at hand the proper information to strengthen the brain. To gain the proper control of speech, one must obtain the information required to enable him to use his speech in a natural way. This information must be imparted to the stammerer by a person who has complete knowledge of the principles of speech which underlie the art of speaking. It was the thought of these principles of speech which enabled me to cure myself after stammering for nearly twenty years. These same natural laws have enabled me to cure hundreds of others.
