All credit card sales must go through the ABE Books web site. Shipping costs are
$3.95 for the first book plus $1.95 for each additional book. Large or heavy books
might require additional postage. Priority shipments will require extra postage.
Items may be returned (first notify by email) within 10 days if not as described,
and I will refund both the cost of the book and its postage.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
