We have been in the book business for over 40 years originally as book dealers. All of our books, including old stock, were and are bought New from the Publishers. We buy large quantities from the Publishers, and occasionally we will receive damaged goods due to the packing/shipping or due to age-related blemishes, and try our best to list any of these defects. We try our best to ship before the expected shipping date, to prevent damages during shipments with packing materials, and to provide hassle free service if we cause an error. All orders are shipped directly from our facility. Additional discount prices are given to those who order more than five copies during checkout, please inquire for these discounts so we may apply them to your order. We also provide free cards anytime of the year for birthdays and holidays, please inquire. RETURN/SHIPPING POLICY DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONL: We request that you please contact us first, if returned without our knowledge, you will not receive a refund. The item(s) are to be returned to us in the condition we sent it by the description on the packing slip, for example: New/Unused from the Publisher. (The book must be returned new and unused, without the spine being compromised, etc.) If it is not, we can not accept it, and therefore we will contact you and will return it without a refund or only provide a partial refund if it remains in our possession. If it's returned in the condition we sent it, we will be more than happy to provide a full book price refund, but not a shipping or return shipping refund due to customer's returning items after marking, reading, and/or copying and has been in effect since 2011. We only provide full refunds if it was due to our error for example: the wrong item was shipped, etc. We ship via USPS, if you have a preference or would like to upgrade shipping, please contact us so we may work with you. If your order has been confirmed by USPS as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the item nor is USPS. We recommend if you are having the item shipped to your home address to have a secure drop-off. Please give us instructions with your order so we may place it on your package to help prevent any lost packages and/or confusion. USPS has been charging $2.89-$6.00 for packages returned to us unclaimed, no forwarding address, etc. Please, make sure you have a proper address and/or forwarding address. Due to this charge, we can not provide a full book price refund if this occurs. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, we are not responsible for lost packages, unless you request insurance with your order because USPS does not have control after it leaves the U.S. border, therefore we can not guarantee it's arrival. We also do not accept accidental order requests for returns after two business days. Please inquire if you have any questions. We hope this answers any questions and explains our company. Books are checked before shipping for continuity. All books sold non-returnable except for manufacture defects.

Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or over-sized, extra shipping charges may be required. Shipping: U.S.P.S. Foreign shipment methods are Priority and Express. Canada/Mexico are First Class/Priority. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method, please contact us. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
