This VG- condition book was published by A. L. Burt in 1910; it is 7-1/2" x 4-7/8", with 304 numbered pages followed by 12 unnumbered pages of ads; there is a frontis only, on coated paper. The book has a slight lean, is reasonably clean, free of edge dings but with all four corners and both spine ends mildly bumped--only the head of the spine has any fraying. The bottom edges have very little wear and the front panel 4-1/16" x 4-1/16" applique is attractive and undamaged. Spine has toning and the fore edge on front board has mild soiling. The interior is completely free of writing, stray marks and paper damage of any sort; several pages have small non-intrusive stains. The paper is mildly toned and still quite flexible.
