Uniform matching hard back binding in publisher's original slate blue cloth covered boards, blocked and lettered gilt backs and fronts, grey end sheets. 4to. 10½'' x 7½''. Contains green and black printed titles, 64 full-page colour plates with superimposed detailed keys, folding colour maps, numerous full-page monochrome photographs and photographs in text.
