Shweta Dewangan I am an Assistant Professor at The ICFAI University,Raipur, Chhattisgarh. In 2012, I awarded Ph.D.from Pt.Ravishankar shukla university,Raipur, Chhattisgarh. MBA in HR & finance from BIT Durg (Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai). B.com, M.com, and M.Phil from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. I have 15 years of combined teaching and research experience in the fields of Commerce and Management, beginning in 2012. I served as Research Guide at MATS University Raipur, where two scholars received their Ph.D.award and two scholars submitted their theses under my supervision.
