Bound in Toledano style 4 (in use 1925-1929) with green flexible leatherette boards, the Bernhard torchbearer on the front board, and gold text on the spine with double bars at top and bottom; Bernhard endpapers (this was the first ML title to use this new design, in 1925); top page edges tinted (here faded). A former-owner name on the front endpaper, else unmarked; spine is slanted and cupped; corners and spine ends bumped with some wear; lacking the dust jacket; Mylar protected.
