Externally, very smart with light wear to the extremities and fading to the spine. The odd small mark to the boards. Loss and staining to the front board of volume three. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd spot or handling mark. The odd small crease to the page edge. Minor age toning to the endpapers. Previous owner's bookplates to the front pastedown and endpaper.
